We are a USA based company, founded by an artist who understands creating in color and texture. Our shop features a colorful collection of craft beads in a variety of finishes including opaque, transparent, pearlized, glitter beads, matte beads and satin matte beads. Our priority is to serve you with great service and quality products, please see below for more information about shipping, tax and other topics.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship from Florida - most orders are processed in 1-2 business days and will arrive to you about 5-7 days after you place your order. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and military addresses may take longer.) Sometimes weather and other events may get in the way, but we will send you a tracking number so you can check on your order. Orders are shipped by USPS, Fed Ex or UPS depending on weight, size and destination. If you ever have any questions, you can always email us. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally with DHL to most countries including Canada, UK, Australia, countries in Asia and the EU, and more. Duties, taxes and shipping are calculated during check out.
*Our shipping includes most of the applicable customs fees, duties and taxes. There may be situations where you will be responsible for additional fees that we are not able or not allowed to collect.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After placing your order, we will send you an email with your order information including a link to track the status. If for some reason you don't get this email, please contact us, we will be happy to get this information to you.
HOLIDAY CLOSURES
Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays. We are closed for extended days during holidays. Below are the days we are closed and no orders are shipped.

RETURNS
We hope you and your our products, but if you don't, we want the chance to help resolve any issues. We accept returns within 45 days of your order date on items that are unused, unopened and in new condition. Shipping costs are not refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
A 25% restocking fee may be charged for items that are returned that do not comply with our return policy. Please note that all sales are final on special orders or custom orders. We are not able to do exchanges by mail. Start your return (click here).
**International Returns - In addition to the refund policy described above, please note that due to fluctuating currency conversion rates, the amount refunded may be less than the initial amount paid.
SALES TAX
If your organization is tax exempt, please email us your tax exempt documentation before placing an order.
Please note that your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states may require the customer to file a tax return to report taxable purchases that were not taxed at the time of purchase. For more information, please contact your state tax authority.
