Shipping costs are not refundable. We are not able to do exchanges by mail, so if you would like something different, please submit a new order online.
A 25% restocking fee may be charged for returns that do not comply with our return policy. Special orders and custom items are final sales. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
